See your first processed invoice
After you connect Google, Invoflux scans your inbox and processes recent invoices. Open the Invoices list to see them, click one to view its extracted fields, and review anything marked Needs review.

Once Google is connected, Invoflux scans your recent email and processes the invoices it finds. Here is how to see the results.
Steps
- Open Invoices from the sidebar.
- Wait a few minutes for the first scan to finish. Processed invoices appear in the list as they complete.
- Click any invoice to open its preview and see the extracted fields (supplier, date, amount, VAT, line items).
- Check the status chips: Processed means it is done, Needs review" means a field needs your confirmation.
Result
You can see your captured invoices with their details extracted and filed in your storage, ready to reconcile.
Troubleshooting
- No invoices appeared. The first scan can take a few minutes. Make sure you connected the Google account that actually receives your invoices.
- A field looks wrong. Re-upload a clearer copy or reprocess the invoice. See Fix an incorrectly extracted or skipped invoice.
- Something is marked Needs review. That means Invoflux was not confident about a field. See What "Needs review" means.
