Forward invoices to your magic email

Every workspace has a unique Invoflux email address. Forward any invoice to it (or set suppliers to send there) and it is captured, read, and filed like any other invoice. Useful for invoices that do not land in your connected inbox.

Your workspace has its own Invoflux email address. Anything you forward there is captured automatically, which is handy for invoices that arrive in a different inbox or that Gmail scanning did not pick up.

Steps

  1. Open Connections and find Your Magic Email (the address to forward invoices to).
  2. Forward an invoice email to that address, or give it to a supplier as your billing email.
  3. The invoice is captured, read, and filed, and appears in your Invoices list.

Result

Forwarded invoices are processed the same way as inbox invoices, so you can route any invoice into Invoflux regardless of where it started.

Troubleshooting

  • Nothing happened after I forwarded. Double-check you used your workspace's exact address. Forwarding from a different account is fine; the address is what matters.
  • It went to the wrong company. The address is tied to a workspace. If you have multiple companies, use that company's address. See Switch between companies.
  • The attachment was not read. Make sure the invoice is attached (PDF) or in the email body, not behind a download link that requires login.
