Plans and what counts toward your limits
Invoflux has Trial, Start, Business, and Enterprise plans. Your plan sets a monthly allowance for processed invoices, synced bank transactions, and AI questions, plus caps on companies, bank connections, team members, and WhatsApp numbers. Manage your plan in Settings > Billing.

Your plan sets both a monthly usage allowance and some hard caps. Here is what counts and how to change plans.
The plans
- Trial - a time-limited evaluation so you can try Invoflux before paying.
- Start, Business, Enterprise - paid plans with progressively higher allowances and caps. See current prices and details in Settings > Billing.
Monthly allowance (metered usage)
Three things count toward your monthly allowance and reset each cycle:
- Processed invoices
- Synced bank transactions
- AI assistant questions
If you go over your invoice allowance, you can keep working: extra invoices are billed as a small per-invoice overage, up to a monthly ceiling. If you regularly exceed your allowance, upgrading is usually cheaper.
Caps (set by plan)
Some things are capped by your plan rather than metered:
- Number of companies
- Number of bank connections
- Number of team members (external accountants do not count)
- Number of WhatsApp numbers
When you reach a cap, upgrade to a plan that allows more, or remove one you no longer use.
Changing plans
Manage everything in Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately (with proration), so a higher cap or allowance applies right away. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
Result
You can see your plan, your current usage, and your caps in billing settings, and adjust as your needs change.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot connect another bank. You have likely hit your plan's bank cap. Upgrade, or disconnect a bank you no longer use.
- I cannot add another team member. You have hit the team-member cap. Note that external accountants do not count toward it. See Invite your accountant.
- A feature is unavailable. It may be on a higher plan. Compare in Settings > Billing.
