Use Invoflux on mobile and with the browser extension

Invoflux works on mobile web with the same features as desktop, and a browser extension helps capture invoices from supplier portals. Sign in with the same account everywhere.

You can use Invoflux on your phone and add the browser extension to capture invoices that live behind supplier logins. Everything uses the same account.

On mobile

  • Open Invoflux in your phone's browser and sign in. The interface adapts to the smaller screen, and core actions (reviewing invoices, confirming matches, inviting people) are all available.

The browser extension

  • The Invoflux Portal Connect extension fetches invoices from supplier portals where the file is not emailed. It runs in your already-signed-in browser session, so no portal passwords are stored.
  • It works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers (such as Edge and Brave). Install it from the link in Connections, sign in, and use it on a supplier's invoice or billing page to bring the invoice into Invoflux.

Result

You can capture and manage invoices wherever you are, including invoices that only exist inside a supplier's website.

Troubleshooting

  • The extension is not capturing. Make sure you are signed in and on the invoice or billing page of the supplier site.
  • Mobile is missing something. Critical actions are available on mobile. If something seems missing, tell support which screen.
