What Invoflux can access in your Google account

Invoflux requests the minimum Google permissions needed to find invoices in Gmail and file them in Drive. It never sends email from your account and never reads or changes unrelated files in your Drive. You can revoke access anytime.

When you connect Google, Invoflux asks for only the access it needs to do its job, and nothing more.

What it can do

  • Read your email to find invoices. It looks for invoice messages and attachments so it can capture and file them.
  • Create and organize files in Drive. It files your invoices into the folder you chose.

What it cannot do

  • It never sends email from your account.
  • It never reads or changes unrelated files in your Drive. It works with the invoices it files, not your other documents.

Limited Use

Invoflux's use of information received from Google APIs follows Google's Limited Use requirements. The data is used only to provide and improve the invoice features you connected it for, and is not sold or used for advertising.

You stay in control

You can review or revoke Invoflux's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings (Third-party apps with account access). You can also disconnect Google from the Invoflux connections page.

Result

Invoflux can capture and file your invoices from Gmail and Drive while your wider mailbox and Drive stay private and untouched.

  • Connect your Google account (Gmail and Drive)
  • Is my data secure?
