Where your data is stored and who can see it

Your data is stored encrypted and hosted in the EU. Invoices are also mirrored into your own cloud, which you control. Each company is a separate workspace with no data shared between companies, and people only see what their role allows (your accountant is read-only).

Where it is stored

  • A primary copy, encrypted and hosted in the EU. Invoflux keeps a secure copy of every invoice, encrypted at rest.
  • A copy in your own cloud. Invoices are also mirrored into the cloud storage you connect (Google Drive, OneDrive, and others), which stays under your control. See Connect a cloud storage provider.

Who can see it

  • Each company is separate. If you manage more than one company, each is an isolated workspace. Data is never shared between them.
  • People see only what their role allows. Team members get access based on their role, and your accountant has read-only access and cannot change your data. See Invite a team member and Invite your accountant.

Your data is held securely in the EU and mirrored to storage you own, and access is limited to the people you invite, at the level you choose.
