Switch between companies

If you manage more than one company, each is a separate workspace with its own invoices, banks, and settings. Use the company switcher to move between them. Data never mixes across companies.

You can manage several companies from one login. Each company is a fully separate workspace, so its invoices, bank connections, storage, and settings stay isolated from the others.

Steps

  1. Open the company switcher at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Choose the company you want to work in.
  3. The whole app switches to that company's data.

Result

You see only the selected company's invoices and reconciliation. Nothing leaks between companies.

Good to know

  • Each company has its own magic email address, bank connections, and storage.
  • Team members and accountants are invited per company.

Troubleshooting

  • I see the wrong company's data. Check the company switcher and select the right one.
  • An invoice went to the wrong company. It follows the address or inbox it arrived through. Forward it to the correct company's magic email. See Forward invoices to your magic email.
