Connect eFactura (ANAF)

Romanian companies can connect ANAF eFactura so official e-invoices sync into Invoflux automatically. Connect once by authorizing with ANAF; if the authorization later expires, you reconnect to renew it.

If you operate in Romania, connecting ANAF eFactura lets Invoflux pull your official electronic invoices directly from the national system, so they are captured without relying on email.

Steps

  1. Go to Connections and open Sources > e-Invoicing.

  2. On the RO eFactura card, choose Connect.

  3. You are taken to ANAF to authorize access. Sign in and approve.

  4. You return to Invoflux and the connection shows as active. Your eFactura invoices begin syncing.

Result

Official e-invoices from ANAF appear in your Invoices list automatically, alongside invoices captured from email and uploads.

When eFactura is the source

When the same invoice exists both as an emailed PDF and as an official eFactura record, Invoflux treats the eFactura version as the authoritative one.

Troubleshooting

  • It says "Reconnect required". Your ANAF authorization expired. Choose reconnect and approve again with ANAF to renew access; syncing resumes.

  • I do not see the eFactura option. Look under Connections > Sources > e-Invoicing. eFactura is for Romanian companies, so make sure your company's country is set to Romania.

  • An invoice is missing. ANAF can take time to publish records. If it is still missing after a while, contact support.
