Connect your bank account

Connecting your bank lets Invoflux pull in your transactions automatically and match them to invoices, so you do not have to upload statements by hand.

Steps

1. Open Bank from the sidebar.
2. Click Connect Bank Account.
3. Search for and select your bank from the list.
4. A secure window from our banking provider opens. Sign in to your bank there and approve access to your account information. Invoflux never sees your bank login.
5. Choose the account or accounts you want to sync and confirm.
6. You are returned to Invoflux. Your transactions begin importing and will appear under Bank accounts within a few minutes.

Result

Your connected account shows under Bank accounts with its latest sync time, and recent transactions appear automatically. From then on, Invoflux keeps the feed up to date and proposes matches between transactions and your invoices.

Troubleshooting

• "Consent is invalid" or the connection fails at the final step. Your bank reported a problem authorizing access, often an existing or expired consent on the bank's side. Open your bank's app or online banking, revoke any existing third-party or open-banking access for Invoflux, then try connecting again so a fresh approval is created. • My bank is not in the list. Coverage depends on your country and your bank's open-banking support. If you cannot find your bank, contact support so we can check coverage for you.
• Transactions are not appearing. The first sync can take a few minutes. If nothing shows after that, reopen the Bank accounts page to refresh, and check that you approved the correct account.
• The approval window did not open. Allow pop-ups for Invoflux in your browser, then start the connection again.
