Fix an incorrectly extracted or skipped invoice
Invoice details are shown as Invoflux read them. If something is wrong or an email was skipped, you can rescan a skipped email (up to twice) or re-upload the file to reprocess it. For corrections that reprocessing does not fix, contact support.

The invoice view shows the details exactly as Invoflux extracted them. If a value looks wrong, or an email was skipped, here is how to get it reprocessed.
If an email was skipped
Some emails are skipped (for example when they do not look like an invoice). Open the item and choose Rescan Email to process it again. You can rescan a skipped email up to twice.
If the file processed but a detail is wrong
Re-upload the invoice file so it is processed fresh. See Upload an invoice manually. A clearer copy of the document (a proper PDF rather than a low-quality scan) usually extracts better.
If reprocessing does not fix it
Some invoice layouts are genuinely hard to read. If a value is still wrong after reprocessing, contact support and include the invoice. If many invoices from the same supplier come out wrong the same way, tell us, so we can improve handling for that supplier's format.
Result
Skipped emails can be brought back in, and poorly read invoices can be reprocessed, so your records reflect the real document.
