Choose your Drive folder and routing
Pick the root Google Drive folder where invoices are filed during onboarding, and let Invoflux route each invoice automatically. You can change the root folder later under Connections > Google Drive.

Routing decides where each invoice lands in your storage. You choose a root folder in Drive, and Invoflux files every invoice for you automatically.
Set the root folder
During onboarding you pick the root folder in Google Drive where invoices are stored. To change it later, go to Connections > Google Drive and update the root folder there.
How routing works
Invoflux routes invoices automatically. It detects which company an invoice belongs to and files each one into the right place under your root folder. This runs in the background, so you do not need to set up routing rules yourself.
Result
Every processed invoice is filed under your root folder automatically, so your records stay organized without manual filing.
Troubleshooting
- I want to change where invoices are filed. Update the root folder under Connections > Google Drive. Changes apply to invoices filed afterward.
- I use more than one cloud. Invoflux always keeps a primary copy and can mirror to other connected clouds. See Connect a cloud storage provider.
