Invoflux has a built-in AI connector (an "MCP server") that lets Claude and other AI assistants answer questions about your invoices, spending, suppliers, and missing documents, and take a few safe actions, without you opening Invoflux.
Your connection URL
Use this URL wherever an AI tool asks for a custom connector or MCP server:
https://mcp.invoflux.com/mcp
Connect Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then "Add custom connector".
- Paste
https://mcp.invoflux.com/mcpand add it. - Click Connect. You will be taken to Invoflux to sign in (if you are not already) and approve access.
- On the approval screen, choose the company the assistant should use by default, then select Allow.
That is it. You can now ask Claude about your finances from desktop, mobile, or web.
Other AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code)
The same URL works with any MCP-compatible client. Add https://mcp.invoflux.com/mcp as a custom connector or MCP server in that tool and approve access when prompted.
Things you can ask
- "Which invoices am I still missing for last month?"
- "How much did I spend on software last quarter, by supplier?"
- "Who owes me money, and what is overdue?"
- "Did I get an invoice for that 800 RON charge?"
- "Summarize what each of my companies spent last month."
What it can and cannot do
It can read your invoices, bank transactions, suppliers, and shared files, and it can tag invoices, add notes, and link transactions to invoices. It cannot create or delete invoices, change company settings, or touch billing or e-Invoicing.
Manage or disconnect
Open Connections, then AI Assistants in Invoflux to set the default company, see exactly what an assistant has done (the activity log), and disconnect at any time.
Privacy
Each assistant connects with its own secure authorization. Every action is recorded in the activity log, and you can revoke access instantly from Connections.
