Connect a cloud storage provider
Invoflux always keeps a primary copy of every invoice and can also mirror them to your own cloud: Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, or Box. Connect one or more under Connections > Destinations > Cloud storage. Processing works even with none connected.

Every invoice is stored safely by Invoflux by default. On top of that, you can mirror invoices into your own cloud so they sit alongside your other business files.
Supported providers
Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box.
Steps
- Go to Connections and open Destinations > Cloud storage.
- Choose a provider and connect it by signing in and approving access.
- Confirm where invoices should be filed. New invoices are mirrored there from then on.
Result
Invoices are stored by Invoflux and also copied into each connected cloud, filed by your routing rules.
Good to know
- You do not have to connect any cloud. Processing works with none connected; the primary copy is always kept.
- If a cloud is briefly unavailable, it does not block processing. The invoice is still captured and the sync is retried.
Troubleshooting
- A file did not appear in my cloud. Syncing can lag or a provider can be briefly unavailable. Check again shortly; the invoice itself is safe.
- I disconnected a cloud. New invoices stop mirroring there. Files already synced stay in that cloud.
