How to Delete Your Invoflux Account

To permanently delete your Invoflux account and associated data:

  1. Sign in at https://app.invoflux.com

  2. Go to Settings → Profile

  3. Scroll to "Delete Your Account"

  4. Click "Delete Account" and confirm

What gets deleted:

  • Your user account and login

  • Your personal info (name, email)

  • Your integrations and access tokens (Gmail, Drive, etc.)

What stays:

  • Workspace data: invoices, transactions, suppliers - remains in the workspace if other members are using it.

  • If you're the sole owner, transfer ownership from the Team page first.

If you can't sign in (forgot password, lost SSO access, etc.), email support@invoflux.com from the email associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request".

We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, per GDPR.
